Electronic Supply Return Policy
Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition.” Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
- Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way, and must be in original packaging.
- Within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
- Unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than the 30 days noted in that item’s particular description.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again, you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
Items not stocked by Electronic Supply will be considered non-cancellable, non-returnable (NCNR) regardless of delivery date.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the seller is not at fault.
Video Products (TVs & Projectors)
1. Defective Video Products
All defective units must be returned complete with all accessories to be eligible for a full return. Incomplete units may be subject to a restocking fee.
Sony Defective Devices: Eligible for return up to 1 year from the original invoice date.
o If it is beyond 14 days from the original invoice date, a Sony case number must be acquired to proceed with the return.

Furrion Defective Devices: Eligible for return up to 1 year from the original invoice date.
o A Furrion case number must be acquired to proceed with the return.

Peerless AV Defective Devices: Eligible for return up to 1 year from the original invoice date.
o A Peerless AV case number must be acquired to proceed with the return.

Samsung Defective Devices: Eligible for return up to 1 year from the original invoice date.
LG Defective Devices: Eligible for return up to 1 year from the original invoice date.
TCL Defective Devices: Eligible for return up to 1 year from the original invoice date.
o A TCL case number must be acquired to proceed with the return.

Note: Returns for defective units are subject to manufacturer approval, and a case number is required for some brands.
2. Damaged Video Products
Damaged TVs must be returned in the original packaging that matches the TV’s serial number. If the original box is unavailable, the damaged TV is not eligible for return.
Sony Damaged Devices: Only eligible for return within 14 days of the original invoice date.
All Other Damaged Devices: Only eligible for return within 30 days of the original invoice date.
3. Concealed Damage Shipments
Concealed damage must be reported and documented immediately.
Shipments showing signs of damage should be refused or signed as damaged. Please ensure the shipper documents any visible damages.
4. Ineligible Returns & Rebills
In cases where a product is determined to be ineligible for return after being returned and credited by Electronic Supply, the customer will be subject to a rebill for the original invoice price.
